FAQ:
1.The input coil width, can I use coil like 1000 or other random coil width?
Answer: If you have other width coil you can also use this machine , just the overlapping part not so good, maybe overlapping need to cover two more waves.
2. What the leveling and guarding roller material, will it scratch the surface of the coil?
Answer: For Zhongtuo leveling roller, all we use the good chroming tube and inside we add the gear, when feeding coils the tube will move at the same time then it will not damage the surface of the coil.
As to the Main rolling forming machine:
1. The machine structure is vertical arch iron frame structure, it's more stable than middle plate machine structure when running.
2. The vertical arch iron frame thickness is from 30 to 45mm, different by the shaft diameter and material thickness, wave height and others.
3. Different with the middle platetile box, it has two pieces of cover to protect and fix the tile box and then the shaft could be tightly on the frame to make sure the accuracy and rolling shape. Meanwhile all the tilebox we will Boiled black and then it will never go rusting
3. Each side of the roller shaft we add thrust pad to prevent the roller shaft loose.
4. The roller and roller shaft have key-way, then they can locked together to prevent from roller abrasion.
The main roller station we use double chains driving, more stable and powerful.

By the designs like this, the metal roofing sheet machine allows you to use the machine for a long time like 10 years and 20 years. Also it allows you to handle the thickness to 1.2mm. Meanwhile the speed can reach 25 to 35 meter per minute easily.
