R72 R101 Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine
This machine we designed could use two input coil width 914mm and 1220mm, the working speed is around 15 to 20 meter per minute. The following part, let us check the drawing profile. When you use the input the coil width of 914mm, it has 6 waves R-72. When you use the coil width of 1220, it has 8 waves R-101. Simple adjusting the leveling beach and then it can switch from those two different input coil width. This machine is popular in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa rica, Colombia… If feeding this roll former raw material 914mm or 36 inch width, machine will make R72. If feeding 1220mm or 48 inch, machine will make R101only feed different width raw material, no need to change machine.

- The leveling part, we designed with the plastic rollers to protect the surface of the coil. We also add the manual cutter for cut the untidy part or you can cut the coil at any place.
- The hydraulic shearing system both can cut 6 waves and 8 waves in the perfect way.
