Remark | If the production quantity is large, we suggest the client prepare the one set spare cutter, the spare cutter will cost USD280 one set, the original cutter can be grinding then use again. It’s better that stop the machine for 30minutes every 4-5 hours, if the temperature is high. If the weather is cold, please start the pump first for 5 minutes to heat the hydraulic oil, then do the cutting work. |

The Inspection of Roll Forming Machine
1.The seller should arrange the machine test in sell’s factory before shipmentand invite the buyer come.
2.Theseller will provide the machine running video and photos, if the buyer not come.
Payment and Warranty
1. Paymentterms:
-30% by TT for the advance payment at order
-70% by TT after inspection in China
2. Delivery: Max.45 working days after the advance payment.
3. Validity time: 15days since the quote date.
4. After-sales service
A. Warranty: One year ,and we will provide the technical support for the whole life.some spare parts are available.
B. Trainingand service: the buyer should charge of visa, round-trip ticket, food and accommodationoverseas and USD80/person/day for salary.Also need the buyer arrange some workers to help our technician for installation and commissioning
C. The advantage of my factory: we have a team of skilled engineers and one group for after-sale service.
D. We will provide you the layout for installation in English.
