Our trapezoid glazed tile roll forming machine has below feature:
1. Can produce both trapezoid roof sheet and glazed tile.
If you use press device, the finished product is glazed tile, if press device didn't working, the finished product is trapezoid roof sheet.
2. The hydraulic cutting system we use two guide pin cylinder, provide more hydraulic power to the cutting.
3. All of the rollers and roller shaft have chormed treatment, make the rollers more smoothly,improve the hardness and prevent abrasion, anti corrosion increase of service life.
For the machine compose, we have several kinds of option for you choose.
Decoiler
We have two kinds of decoiler, manual type and hydraulic decoiler.
The decoiler is mainly to carry the coil and uncoiling.
Manual decoiler means move forward or reversal passively, by roll forming machine pulling.
The core shrink and expand also are manually.

Hydraulic decoiler
We could provide the hydraulic decoiler as well, it can save lot of manpower.The important is that it can move automatically and the core shrink and expand is automaticaly also.There is the pneumatic brake system on the hydraulic decoiler,when the material head up much material on the ground it can stop work automatically and restart when need uncoiling.

Product collect table
After cutting system, there need use product collect table.
We have two options, simple product collect table and automatic stacker.
Simple product collect table is welded by square pipe, there have rollers on it to help moving roof sheet.
Automatic stacker
It can working in a automatic way, collect your roof sheet, put it on the conveyor, and then conveyor will help to move it.
