The decoiler expands and shrinks by hydraulic and fit to the inner diameter of coils.
Motor drives the coils running and can do forward and do the decoiling with tension.
The core can ensure the expand range φ508-610mm.
Structure: welding by the steel plates and profiled bar.

It can also be installed the other side of the machinefor opposite feeding direction.we have reserved the installation bracket.
The rollers on theboth sides of frame can avoid scratch of coil when it run out.

Hydraulic entry coil car
The Min gap between the coil car and the De-coiler front should be 500 MM to avoid any problems during coil loading.
The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.
The level movement is driven by cycloid motor.
The capacity of it can reach to 5Tons (MAX)
It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. Its moving speed is 6-7m/min.When the coils on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.
Advantage
Using five guide pillar, can provide more lifting force,more stable support and large lift stroke(560-600mm).
X shaping loading car is also avaiable If you need.
The wheels of the loading car can be patterned to prevent slipping.
Package and shipment
If you don’t order other products, we can pack the hydraulic decoiler into wooden case and ship it by LCL, so that you can save some freight.
